Two By Two

I hope everyone had a good Memorial Weekend :) Doug and I had a fabulous one..

We decided to go up to TN for the long weekend and see our friends that are up there.. or at least as many of them as we could. We drove up there Thursday night and got there around 3 am Friday morning. We stayed with a friend of ours from when we were working at Caremark. She has a daughter who is only 5 weeks younger than River named Makaylee.

Friday we went into Knoxville and saw a friend of ours from ACN and then we drove over to our old apartment complex to see the ladies that work there. The manager was out of town for her birthday but the other lady was there.. She is due June 10th with her second little boy :) YAY!!! Then we started back toward Sweetwater where we were staying and stopped by in LC to see slavezoe for a little bit.

On Saturday we spent the morning around the house and then went to Temple that night :) It was WONDERFUL although apparently we missed the real commotion the night before when Blue Cats had a Masquarade Ball so alot of people didn't come out to Temple. We only stayed out for a few hours because our friend was at home alone with River and Makaylee. We got home about 12:30 and I had a very "interesting" night with my friend :)

Sunday we spent the day around the house and then about noon we drove into Knoxville after saying goodbye to Makaylee and our friend we stopped by and saw Abby before she had to be at work and then we went over to the Freaky Seekers and had a cook out :) We ended up heading home about 7 and got here about 4:30 in the morning.. *yawn*

River did beautifully in the car.. he slept the entire way home and then slept until 10am.. he slept until 9:45 this morning and he is miserable.. I think his teeth are really bothering him :( My poor little boy.
